One-stop service for company incorporation and business registration is a new service by the Companies Registry and the Inland Revenue Department teamed up to launch. Since February 21, 2011 by, any person under "Companies Ordinance" applying to set up a local company or registered non-Hong Kong company, which will be deemed to have been filed at the same time commercial registration. Founded application or registration is approved, the Registrar of Companies will be issued the certificate of incorporation and business registration certificate.
